Various committees have been established within the post to coordinate, oversee and/or organize different activities.  These activities range from charitable contributions to honor guards and everything in between.  A list is below and more information can be obtained by calling the main post telephone number at (320) 363-8361.  

The Executive Committee consists of the Post Commander, Past Commander, 1st Vice Commander, Adjutant, Finance Officer, Senior Member Post Home and 5 Post 328 members including the Gambling Manager, the Gambling Fund Donations Committee Chair and 3 regular non-officer post members.  Members oversee all aspects of Post 328 operations.

The Nominations Committee identifies candidates for Post Officer assignments including committee chairpersons.  These duties are ongoing and are designated as outlined in the Post Bylaws.  

The Post Home Committee is primarily responsible for overall maintenance, appearance, and operation of Post facilities including the club in accordance with the Post Bylaws.

The Finance Committee reviews and oversees all financial expenditures and receipts within the post.

The Veterans Affairs and Rehabilitation Committee serves as the first line of contact between veterans and the County Veterans Service Office and the Veterans Affairs Health Care System.

The National Security and Emergency Management Committees coordinate activities and communication between the post and the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC), Reserve and National Guard functions (including awards), crime prevention, and Prisoner of War (POW) and Missing In Action (MIA) information. 

The Americanism Committee coordinates activities that involve the community, especially youth.  These activities include involvement in educational programs like annual oratorical contests, Boys State, scholarships, scouting programs, and fielding baseball/softball teams. 

The Children and Youth Committee assists with local children and youth activities that support the community.

The Membership Committee seeks to recruit and retain post membership which advances partnerships in the local community.

The Media and Public Relations Committee seeks to publicize public events either sponsored by the post or partnered with local community groups and businesses.

The Memorial Committee plans and coordinates memorial activities specific to past post members.

The Gambling Fund Donations Commitee receives requests for donations for charitable organizations that serve local communities and makes recommendations for approval of expenditures for this purpose.
